Smart Cities UK 2020

Date: February 13, 2020

Location: The Marriott, Regent’s Park, London

Smart Cities UK 2020 is now in its 5th year! As we embark on the 5th Conference & Exhibition we will reflect on the progress made within the UK to date. We will examine the barriers which remain in place for economic & social growth addressing how we overcome them and by what means? Building on the Meeting City Challenges roadshow series and its findings we will pull the thoughts and opinions of attendees across the country to shape an agenda which reflects the current feelings towards defining what “Smart” means.

Speakers include:

  • Stephen Blackburn, Data & Innovation Manager, Leeds City Council
  • Allan Mayo, Digital Strategist, Digital Greenwich
  • Roy Grant, Head of ICT, Super Connected Cities & Digital Innovation, City of York Council
  • Andrew Briggs, Business Improvement & Intelligence Technical Lead, Barnsley Council
