Membership Levels

There are multiple membership levels within our organization offered to the industry for participation, each with significant benefits*.

Board Membership:

  • Annual dues for members of the Board of Directors are $50,000.00 USD.
  • Board members are made up of Promoter level members. The dues a Board member pays includes their Promoter level dues.
  • Please contact Administration with any inquiries about this membership level.

Promoter Membership:

  • Annual dues for this membership level are $30,000.00 USD.

Benefits of Promoter Membership:

  • Provide feedback and comments on any HomeGrid Forum generated documents
  • Company listing on HomeGrid Forum Web site, including company logo hyperlinked to Promoter Website
  • Attend members-only events such as training seminars and interoperability plugfests
  • Right to attend Board meetings
  • Use of the HomeGrid Forum name and/or logo
  • Access to members-only area of the HomeGrid Forum Web site including Promoter-only discussion groups and subscription to HomeGrid Forum mailing lists
  • Participate in Workgroups and/or serve as a Workgroup Chair
  • Ability to review draft specifications, pre-release documents, selected business documents and other materials as determined by the Board of Directors
  • Participate in Compliance Workshops prior to general release of documentation
  • Participate in strategy discussions and planning
  • Eligible for election to the Board of Directors

Contributor Membership:

  • Annual dues for this membership level are $15,000.00 USD.

Benefits of Contributor Membership:

  • Provide feedback and comments on HomeGrid Forum generated documents
  • Company listing on HomeGrid Forum Web site, including hyperlink to Contributor Web site
  • Attend members-only events such as training seminars and interoperability plugfests
  • Use of the HomeGrid Forum name and/or logo
  • Access to members-only area of the HomeGrid Forum Web site and subscription to HomeGrid Forum mailing lists
  • Participate in Workgroups
  • Access to pre-release documents
  • Participate in Compliance Workshops

Adopter Membership:

  • Annual dues for this membership level are $5,000.00 USD.

Adopter Membership Benefits:

  • Company listing on HomeGrid Forum Web site
  • Attend members-only events such as training seminars and interoperability plugfests
  • Access to compliance test plans and documents once released
  • Use of the HomeGrid Forum name and/or logo
  • Access to members-only area of the HomeGrid Forum Web site and subscription to HomeGrid Forum mailing lists
